Welcome Authors & Presenters to No-Dig 2008! Congratulations! Your paper has been selected for publication and presentation during the annual NASTT No-Dig Conference & Exhibition at the Gaylord Texan Resort, April 28 – April 30, in Dallas (Grapevine), Texas. Below you will find important deadlines, guidelines and templates to facilitate the paper and presentation submission process.
Important Deadlines The No-Dig Program Committee has established the following schedule for submission of draft papers and presentations, their peer-view, and submission of final papers and presentations:
- September 21, 2007 - Submit final abstract for published “book of abstracts” that will be distributed at the conference and for the No-Dig web site -Return signed letter of agreement to NASTT
- January 21, 2008 - Submit first draft of papers for peer-review by session leaders. Submit presenter introductions & special AV requests
- February 11, 2008 - First-round peer reviews completed and comments returned to authors
- February 25, 2008 - Revise papers and return to session leaders
- March 27, 2008 - Registration deadline for “early bird” rates (save money when you register in advance)
- March 31, 2008 - Deadline for final PowerPoint Presentations
