September 12, 2011 | Authors to submit ABSTRACT ONLY PAGE & PRESENTER INTRODUCTIONS on required templates for No-Dig Show website
October 18, 2011 | Program Committee Meeting (WEFTEC) – Oct. 15-19, 2011 – Los Angeles, California Session leader reports; Review of NASTT awards, Auction, student activities, attendee marketing, networking and entertainment & exhibitor/sponsor sales
November 14, 2011 | Authors to submit DRAFT PAPERS on required template to session leaders for review; Find replacement papers as needed
December 20, 2011 | Session leaders to complete first round peer reviews & return comments to authors
January 16, 2012 | Deadline for authors to revise papers and submit FINAL PAPERS to session leaders for conference proceedings
January 23, 2012 | Program Committee Meeting (UCT) – Jan. 24-26, 2012 – San Antonio, Texas. Review of final 2012 show program; Find replacement papers as needed; Select & finalize moderators; 2013 Call for Papers distributed
February 6, 2012 | Authors to submit DRAFT POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS to session leaders for review
February 20, 2012 | Deadline for FINAL POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS
February 27, 2012 | Preload presentations onto session computers prior to the conference
March 10, 2012 | Program Committee Meeting (No-Dig 2012) – March 11-15, 2012 – Nashville, Tennessee
