How Do I Reserve an Exhibit Space?

Step 1: Send in your contract and 50% deposit (U.S.) by October 1, 2010 to receive the 10% early-bird discount. If you are a corporate member of NASTT, you will be eligible for the Member rate which will give you additional savings on your exhibit space.

Step 2: A No-Dig representative will contact you to confirm receipt of your exhibit space contract and to discuss your exhibit space assignment.

How Is Exhibit Space Assigned?

Exhibit space is assigned based on the submission date of your contract. Exhibitors that submit their contracts earlier will have first selection of exhibit space on the No-Dig Show floor. To reserve your exhibit space, the 50% deposit must accompany the contract for exhibit space. Any company not paying in full or reserving space after October 1, 2010 must pay in full by February 1, 2010. If final payment is not received by the designated dates, your booth space reservation will
not be guaranteed.

What Is the Cost of Exhibiting?

NASTT Member Rate ......................... $18.50/sq. ft. in-line, $20.00 sq. ft. corner or island*
Non-Member Rate ............................. $26.50/sq. ft. in-line, $28.50 sq. ft. corner or island

*Exhibiting companies must be current 2010 corporate members to receive the NASTT member rate.

Are There Any Discounts?

NASTT Corporate Members are eligible for a special rate on their exhibit space for their support of NASTT. All exhibitors will receive an additional 10% Early Bird Discount if their exhibit space reservation is received by October 1, 2010.
